Chris has that million dollar smile! For Your Pet's Dental Health...
Our hospital uses Dental Digital Radiography , the most advanced below-gum x-raying techniques and diagnostics for your pet's teeth.  Digital radiography eliminates lengthy film-development time -- allowing quick dental film reading and dramatically-reduced anesthesia time for patients.  Animal teeth (dogs have 42 teeth, cats have 30) are often much smaller than humans', and dental digital radiography allows visual enlargement of x-rays to any size needed for optimal reading and complete examination of even the tiniest pet teeth and gums!

Simon Ellis, watching the midday news from home Indoor vs. Outdoor Cat Life
On average, indoor cats live 12-15 years (many live much longer and, sadly, some have shorter lives).  Outdoor cats, however, have an average lifespan of only 2-3 years . Although many outside adventurers live long and healthy lives, going outdoors can create serious and often fatal problems for cats when they are exposed to contagious diseases, animal fights and predators, and traffic.

Phoebe Ambrose, a very cool puppy Hot Town, Summer Dogs and Kitties
Every year brings tragic accounts of animals left in unventilated cars during hot weather. Car interiors can quickly reach fatal temperatures for pets who are left unattended without water or properly opened windows for cooling air flow.  Even a short shopping stop can create the very real danger of heat stroke and fatality when a pet is left in the car!  Please be sure your loved ones always have adequate air ventilation.

Dear Sage, an outdoor boy Lost and Now I'm Found...Why Microchip?
Microchip implantation is a quick and painless identification procedure for pets, widely used and nationally recognized, that can save your pet's life and bring him/her home safely to you.  Animal Shelters and most veterinary hospitals now routinely scan for imbedded microchips when a lost animal is found.  When an identifying microchip is detected, a simple call to the 800# can reunite owner and pet.  Please ask us about microchipping if your pet has not yet received this valuable identification precaution!
